Therapeutic Movement Sessions are based in a humanistic approach.
One of the aims is to awaken the creativity through dance, through special exercises and through play
These sessions are fun and a direct and simple way for each person to connect with themselves, with others and with the world.
These three levels being very important levels through which we live our lives.
The sessions are facilitated with care and are a healthy way to explore the art of movement, the emotional well-being and to relearn and discover your dance of life.
